<p>Capital one credit card is affiliated with both Master and Visa the major credit card issuing companies and in the USA it is considered a leader in the credit card business. Capital one also is in the field of auto, home and medical loans.</p>
<p>Capital Financial services have been on an expansion spree for the last few years. In March 2005 it acquired Hibernia National Bank for $5.3 billion. This was the oldest bank with its head quarters in New Orleans, Louisiana. </p>
<p>Established in 1870 this bank had a marked presence in Texas, Mississippi and Arkansas. By Sept of the same year the deal was finalized. But a spanner came in the form of hurricane Katrina which hit New Orleans and the deal had to be re-negotiated. This was because New Orleans was its Headquarter and it also had the maximum business there. The price was reduced to $ 5 billion. The brand name Hibernia was replaced on April 24 2006 after acquiring it in Nov.2005.</p>
<p>Capital followed up the first acquisition by taking over another bank named North Fork Bank soon after. This is an American bank with assets of $60 billion and over 350 branches. It had its Headquarters in Melville, New York. The bank was rechristened as &#8220;Capital One Bank&#8221;.</p>
<p>This expansion spree has spilled over to their credit card business. Capital keeping up with change in the American lifestyle offers card that suit all people including people with poor or bad credit. In case your credit is good Capital One has 2 Platinum cards on offer. The cards offered are Prime Platinum card and rewards back platinum credit card. </p>

The loan&#8217;s purpose is only to cover the interim period until the more permanent financing can be arranged. Once the new financing is obtained, the money will be used to pay back the bridge loan.</p>
<p>Bridge loans have a higher interest rate than conventional loans. It is not uncommon for lenders to require cross-collateralization in addition to designating a low loan-to-value ratio in order to lower their risk. However, bridge loans are able to be arranged quickly and do not require a massive stack of paperwork.</p>
<p>Bridge loans are frequently used in real estate purchases to quickly close on property, take advantage of a short-term opportunity, or retrieve an estate from foreclosure. When the property is sold or refinanced, the loan is typically paid back.</p>
<p>Bridge loans are similar to hard money loans as both are not traditional and obtained for unusual circumstances or emergencies.
